In simple terms, we act as the eyes and ears of the owner. Owner, Founder & Principal - CX West Africa Group
Eric Edwin Brown is an African American professional with over 30 years of experience in engineering environments, program management, telecommunications infrastructure, cybersecurity-related operations, and high-accountability technical work.
His background includes:
- Program Management Officer experience with the U.S. Federal Government (FAA)
- Work in critical infrastructure including aviation, telecommunications, and data centers
- Experience in environments requiring high operational discipline and security standards
- Commissioning exposure influenced by international best practices

Network & Telecommunications
Network management, TCP/IP, DNSSEC, packet switching, SS7 call tracing, VoIP programming, UNIX/Linux environments, Nortel DMS 100/500, EWSD switching, AT&T switching, DACS, LNP, NEXGEN, and Tier 3 technical support.
Cybersecurity & Risk
Department of Homeland Security-related qualifications and experience in Advanced PCAP Analysis and Signature Development, threat hunting, cybersecurity investigation, mobile security, Linux operating systems security, secure provisioning, GRC, incident response, and access control management.
FAA & Aviation Systems
FAA Telecommunications Infrastructure, FAA Air Traffic Control NEXGEN technical support, FTI site survey work, MEVA, ETMS, STARS, WAAS, navigation and landing aid systems, en route and terminal communications, runway lighting, radar repair, and controls.
Industrial & Electrical Systems
Electrical systems, antenna grounding and bonding, fixed and mobile satellite positioning and communications, nuclear instrumentation and controls, diesel generator power plant engineering, SCADA, Allen Bradley, Siemens, three-phase power, ATM systems, and project delivery life cycle support.
